There’s something so peaceful about the process. It’s a bit like life; a lot of work goes in to get to the good stuff. But it’s worth it.

Pure, liquid gold! This green goodness is a reminder that what we put into our bodies matters. Just like we nourish our spirits, we need to nourish our temples.

The Weight of Self-Doubt, Shame, and Fear

Sister, have you ever felt the crushing weight of self-doubt, shame, and fear? Like an invisible force, it holds you back, whispers lies in your ear, and keeps you from stepping into your God-given potential.

Today, I feel the weight of those emotions myself. It's been a rough year, filled with unexpected challenges and setbacks. I know changes need to be made, but the path forward seems shrouded in fog.

Where do these feelings come from? Often, they stem from:

Past mistakes: The lingering echoes of decisions we wish we could undo.
Failures: The sting of not meeting our own expectations or those of others.
Letting others down: The guilt of being unable to be everything to everyone.

But here's the truth: We weren't created to carry those burdens alone.

God is our refuge, our strength, and our ever-present help in times of trouble. He sees our struggles, hears our cries, and longs to lift the weight of self-doubt, shame, and fear from our shoulders.

As 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV) reminds us: "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

When we surrender our fears to God, He promises to replace them with peace, hope, and a renewed sense of purpose. He doesn't condemn us for our past mistakes; He offers forgiveness, grace, and a fresh start.

So, sister, let's lay our burdens at His feet today. Let's trust in His unwavering love and allow Him to guide our steps.
