Good morning, mama. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the right things in business and still not seeing the fruit you hoped for, you’re not alone.
You show up, you post, you learn, you tweak, you pray… and yet it still feels quiet.
This post is for the woman who has whispered,
“Lord, when is it my turn?”
Sometimes it looks like nothing is happening, but God is still writing your story.
You’re putting in hours, obeying the nudge to build something online, maybe even stepping out of your comfort zone to talk about your offer or the blueprint you’re using… and still, the numbers don’t match the level of your obedience.
You’re not crazy.
You’re not behind.
You are in the middle.
And the middle is where God often does His deepest work.
“At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.” (Isaiah 60:22, ESV)
That “right time” part? That’s where faith has to bridge the gap between your frustration and your future freedom.
Let’s be honest: it’s easy to measure success by what we can see.
Views. Followers. Sales. Comments.
We look at the numbers and make quiet judgments about our worth, our calling, or whether we “heard God right.”
But faith over frustration in business means this:
You measure your day by obedience, not just outcomes.
You value the roots God is building, not just the reach you can count.
You let Him define progress, even when the analytics say otherwise.
Faith doesn’t skip the process; it gives you peace in the middle of it.
If you’re still in a waiting season, but you’re still showing up, I want you to hear this:
You are not stuck; you are being strengthened.
Fruit takes time. Growth starts underground.
In business, that looks like:
Learning how to speak to your audience
Getting more comfortable on camera
Clarifying your message
Building systems that will support your future growth
All of that is root work.
Just because it’s not visible yet doesn’t mean it isn’t real.
When you’re building as a faith-driven entrepreneur, God is just as interested in who you are becoming as He is in what you are building. Sometimes He hides what He’s building for a season so He can strengthen your character before He increases your influence.
So if it feels quiet, ask:
“What roots is God growing in me right now?”
Courage
Consistency
Clarity
Confidence in Him, not just in yourself
That’s fruit you’ll carry into every future season.
We want the harvest. God starts with the heart.
Every small act of obedience positions you closer to the promise:
Going live when you’d rather hide
Posting when yesterday’s post got three views
Sending the email when you’re scared no one will open it
Learning a new skill like digital marketing, even when it stretches you
In this season, your job isn’t to guarantee the outcome.
Your job is to show up.
You can’t always control:
How many views you get
How many DMs come in
How many sales land this week
But you can control:
Whether you keep showing up
Whether you keep serving
Whether you keep obeying the nudge God put on your heart
Obedience is never wasted, even when it feels unseen.
Overflow often comes after a long stretch of faithful, quiet sowing.
This part is hard.
When your results don’t reflect your effort, it’s natural to wonder if you’re off track. But in the kingdom, unseen doesn’t equal unfruitful.
God is building your roots before He expands your reach.
For a faith-driven mom in business, that might look like:
Learning to speak about money without shame
Releasing a poverty mindset and embracing God’s abundance
Running your numbers and making wise, faith-filled decisions
Getting honest about the pressure you feel every time you check your bank account
As you keep moving in obedience, God is:
Refining your message
Deepening your trust
Aligning you with the women you’re called to serve
Preparing you to handle more without losing your peace
This is why faith over frustration in business matters so much:
Frustration tells you to quit.
Faith teaches you to keep walking while you can’t yet see the full path.
So how do we walk this out on a Tuesday morning when the bills are real and the numbers are small?
Here are a few simple anchors:
Take a sheet of paper and make two columns:
Left column: the fear or lie
“It’s not my season.”
“Maybe I missed my moment.”
“If I was really called, it would be working by now.”
Right column: scripture truth
Isaiah 60:22 — “At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.”
Romans 8:28 — “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good…”
Let truth speak louder than the fear.
Consistency is less about doing everything and more about doing something faithfully.
That could look like:
One live video
One email to your list
One piece of content that serves your ideal mama
One follow-up message to someone who raised their hand
Small steps compound. They build muscle — in business and in faith.
Part of why we stay stuck in frustration is that everything depends on our constant hustle.
As a mom, that’s not sustainable.
That’s why I started using the Freedom Formula (2-Hour Workday) Blueprint; a step-by-step digital marketing system that showed me how to:
Focus on income-earning activities in about two hours a day
Let systems and automation do the heavy lifting in the background
Build something that can grow, even when I’m off the clock and with my family
I didn’t create this blueprint; I’m simply using it and sharing it with other faith-driven moms who are tired of living by the refresh button on their bank app and ready to learn a new skill that can change their future.
